Delete your Spiderweb account

Applies to the Spiderweb app (in.onechannel.spiderweb, Android and iOS), published by Channelplay SaaS Private Limited · Last updated 10 August 2026

1. How to request deletion

Accounts for this app are issued and withdrawn by an administrator — there is no sign-up and no delete button inside the app — so deletion is handled by request. Send an email to hello@1channel.co with the subject Account deletion — Spiderweb, from the work email address of the account being closed, and tell us:

  • The work email address the account signs in with.
  • The store the account is used in.
  • Your name, and whether you want the whole login closed or only your own details removed.

That is all we need. Do not send your password, an identity document, or any other personal information — we will not ask for them, and there is no form on this page that collects anything. We reply to confirm the request, and complete it within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the mailbox, ask the administrator who issued your login to send the request on your behalf.

2. Before you ask: logins are shared per store

A login belongs to a store rather than to one person, and the advisors working in that store may share it. Closing it stops everyone in that store from signing in, so we confirm with the store's administrator before acting on a request to close a store login. If you only want your own name and contact details removed, say so in the email and the store login stays in service.

3. What is deleted

  • The sign-in credential. The login stops working immediately, on every device signed in with it.
  • The personal details held against the account: name, work email address and work contact number.
  • The link between the account and the store it was assigned to.

4. What is kept, and for how long

  • The store audit records and the photographs of store displays submitted from the account. These are the retail-execution records of Flormar's stores — photographs of shelves, tables and screens, not of people — and Flormar needs them to compare a store month by month. Once the personal details above have been erased, these records no longer identify a person.
  • The photographs are kept for 36 months from the month they were taken and are then deleted. The audit records themselves — the answers, scores and deviations — are kept for the term of our contract with Flormar plus 12 months.
  • Anything we are required by law to retain, for as long as the law requires it.

5. Removing the app from your phone

Uninstalling the app deletes the sign-in session and the working copies of photos that the app keeps in its own storage on the device. It does not delete the account or anything already submitted — for that, send the request above.
